Mosquito Squad of North Shore

Mosquito Squad of North Shore is an independently owned and operated Mosquito Squad franchise based in Topsfield, providing seasonal mosquito, tick, rodent and general outdoor pest control — ants, fleas, wasps and more — via barrier treatments and a natural essential-oil option across the North Shore and Boston area. It carries BBB accreditation with an A+ rating. With 452 reviews on file, this is a heavily reviewed operation, and the pattern across dozens of accounts is remarkably consistent: technicians are named individually and praised for calling ahead, explaining what they treated, and following up when finished. Several longtime customers describe using the service every season for years and crediting it with keeping mosquitoes and ticks off their property, including one who noted an extra treatment was sent out promptly after a July complaint. The record isn't spotless. In an August 2025 review, one customer described the company failing to honor a promised re-spray after reporting an ineffective application. Against a backdrop of hundreds of positive, detail-rich reviews about technician conduct and treatment thoroughness, that stands out as a real service-guarantee lapse worth knowing about.
