Stinging insects are the calls that come up most, and the 2025 accounts are specific: a yellow jacket nest in a yard cleared the same day; carpenter bees boring into a house, scheduled for the next morning; wasps at a second-floor exhaust vent sprayed, with the crew returning days later to take the nest out; cicada killers nesting in a front walk, dealt with under an existing contract two weeks after the original job. Rodents are the other half, and customers in 2025 and 2026 describe that work in detail too: entry points blocked off, trapping moved outside the house, mice that had been a serious problem reduced to almost no activity. Ants come up repeatedly as well, with crews returning to check they stayed gone. The business runs largely on annual plans. Several reviewers called about a single nest, then signed a contract and now get scheduled exterior treatments through the year with callbacks included.
