Grace moved away a couple of months ago and I just wanted to leave a quick note because she was really solid. Trustworthy which is huge when someone’s coming into your place all the time, always pleasant to deal with, showed up when she said she would, and the reliable good work every time. We were sad to see her go. If she ever ends up back in the area or you’re lucky enough to find her wherever she is now, she’s worth hiring.
Peak Cleaning lives up to the name! I run a luxury AirBnb in the Killington VT area. We have a 5 star reputation and take our guest experience VERY seriously. I had an excellent cleaner who needed to step down for personal reasons. I was very nervous because I never thought I’d find as good of a cleaning staff. Grace and Jay somehow EXCEEDED the great work my former staff had been doing. They are easy to work with, extremely thorough, efficient, quick, and incredibly effective. My guests have been very happy! (See the attached photo). I’m hesitant to leave such a glowing review because I don’t want to share them with other hosts. But great work deserves great reviews. If you are considering hiring them- your consideration can end here... Just do it 👍🏼.
Super pleasant and easy to work with, very communicable! Grace cleaned the kitchen so hard that a light that we thought was broken came back on after all the grease was removed around it 😬😂🙏
Grace and Jay are extremely lovely people. I find myself talking to them so easily and really enjoy their company. They are pretty responsive, available when I need them, and attentive to details. I am so happy and impressed every time they leave my home. They are considerate on what kind of products my home needs and my preference for chemicals. Also very loving to my two annoying dogs. Could not imagine a better choice.
