Peak View Landscaping LLC is a young planting and garden-bed outfit; its website says it has been in business two years and offers free estimates. A 2026 customer with a large untamed yard said Noah and Noelle, with a crew, planted trees and 2,000 bulbs and edged beds with stone, and called them a go-to team. A 2026 reviewer wrote that the pair did weeding, mulching and edging work at reasonable prices. A recent 2-star Google review describes a planting job that went wrong. The customer says shrubs were planted too close to the house, the co-owners offered to return and move them but did not, and then stopped responding to messages. That customer felt they paid far too much and advises asking for a written contract that breaks down plants, supplies, overhead and labor.
The two co-owners are personable, hard-working young people, and I wish them well. However, my experience suggests that prospective clients should not assume that they have expertise in garden plants or planting design. I trusted their vague descriptions of three shrubs they recommended in their initial proposal ("three rhododendrons") but asked them to let me supply a tree myself in place of one whose identity they specified, and which was not appropriate for the site. After they had planted all four plants, I immediately questioned the placement of the tree, and they moved it. When I examined the three shrubs after they left, I became concerned that they too had been planted too close to the house. When I raised this with the co-owners, they offered to return and move them. I was initially left without specific information about the identities of those three shrubs, and for at least one of them the identification they later provided does not match the shrub that is there. The most disappointing aspect is that, after offering to return and correct the planting, they did not do so, and they stopped responding to my messages during the period when the work was supposed to be done. In retrospect, we paid far too much for what they did. I would advise future clients to research plant selection independently, consider providing their own plants, specify precisely where they should be planted, and request that the written contract clearly break down the costs of plants, other supplies, overheads, and labor.
Noah and Noelle (and crew) are great - I have a large untamed yard and am trying to plant out areas over time. They always do a great job and have really helped transform the yard. They are fast and “dig” right in - whether planting trees, 2000 bulbs, or edging beds with stone. They are my go to team.
An absolute joy to work with. Quality work at reasonable prices. My wife and always go out after they've left, take a deep breath, and just look at and enjoy what these two can do. Great weeding, mulching, and edging work!
