Pepe Appliance of Darien

I really tried to support a local business, but unfortunately I do not recommend this company. They came out to repair my refrigerator, and shortly afterward the refrigerator section stopped maintaining the correct temperature. Now all of my food is frozen. When I contacted the technician, he assured me he would come back to fix the issue. However, he has not shown up, and now he won’t answer any of my calls or messages. Not only is my refrigerator still not working properly, but I’ve also had to throw away food because everything in the refrigerator has frozen. I’ll now have to replace all of those groceries as well. I understand that issues can happen, but poor communication and failing to stand behind your work is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Mr. Pepe is great!! Super knowledgeable, trustworthy & reliant. 10/10 recommend if you need any help with your appliances he’s the man to call.

Amazing Service. Came right out and fixed a 10 year old washing machine, for minimal cost. He knows his stuff and extremely reputable.
