Those are the directory's own records rather than verifications, but the registry-verified one points the same direction. The permit history here is real and substantial, which is more than most small outfits can show. Current standing is the open question: ask for a current HIC registration number and a construction supervisor licence before any permitted work, and ask what they have built since 2019.
