The Better Business Bureau lists Periscope Pools as accredited with an A+ grade, and its listing there says the company offers swimming pool contracting, dealing, design, service and repair. Its Google listing shows 4.4 stars from 71 ratings. On its website, the company says it will never push chemicals on customers that they don't need. A 2022 customer who needed a liner replacement said it was installed two weeks after the order, and that the owner was the one installing. A 2023 customer wrote "Inground pool liner" and said the company showed up on time and stayed with the quote. A 2022 customer said the staff tested their pool water, showed them the results and explained what chemicals were needed. In a 2021 review, a customer said Gary and Randy opened and closed their pool. A 2023 customer said Brad made setting up their first pool painless. A 2025 customer who had to cancel a pool order said Brad and the team took care of everything with care and respect. A 2024 customer called the labor costs exorbitant: the quote included $350 for labor, and the work took less than an hour. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 126190, is expired on the state registry.
