Ken is a good and fair man. He was patient with me and accomodated a change to our appointment date which isn't always possible especially around the holidays. I was very happy with the moving process and end outcome and he was very nice to deal with. Smooth operation.
He treated my things horrible. Broken bookshelf shelf, broke a few Pyrex dishes, missing kitchen baking equipment and other personal items. Took way longer than it should have. He showed up alone and was supposed to have two other helpers for the duration. One showed up later then left and another one showed up. We all finished packing the truck and my car at the storage unit. I said I’ll see you there and I waited over two hours for him to get there. I realize now he was probably going through my things. I have a lot of missing items. He either sells them or throws them in the trash. And had the nerve to charge my son who was helping his mom by paying for it, way more than he quoted. Thousands more. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. Especially a single older woman. He took advantage of me. I chose him because his sister was my best friend in high school.So I knew who he was and he knew me. I thought he’d at least be reasonable. In my opinion, he knew exactly what he was doing to me and my things, I’m mad he over charging my son.

I had an emergency move need for one of my commercial clients one week before the closing of the transaction. I called Ken Peterson, he met me at the Dover property the next day and started packing and moving a large house full of furniture the next day. Three days later the house was totally empty and ready for final cleaning and inspection. I can't recommend Peterson Movers more highly: everything done in a professional manner, no breakage and the price came in right at the estimate. What more could one ask for!! Great job Ken and crew!

Peterson's Movers were very professional and helpful. They showed up on the time they said they would be there. Ken Peterson and his crew did a Great Job. I had to move stuff from a storage unit in Wells to Rochester and I was not quite sure of what I had. They were very careful with my furniture and boxes I would recommend Peterson's Movers to anyone and if need be would use them again.
