The company dates its history to 1980 and describes residential and commercial moving, packing, storage, crating and specialty services. Google showed 4.9 stars from 173 ratings in August 2026. Customers describe crews making further adjustments after unloading. A July reviewer said Rocco, Asa and Ben moved three heavy items from the first floor to the basement and took a grill from the garage to a backyard gazebo when asked. Another July customer, moving from New Hampshire to Florida, said belongings arrived in the same condition as at pickup. That customer credited Mihai and Sorin with patiently arranging furniture in the requested positions. A June customer praised care with artwork and a piano, while an April reviewer described furniture reassembly at the end of the move. Cost is a concern in several specific accounts. A May 2026 customer moving a one-bedroom apartment to another complex about ten minutes away said a $1,400 estimate became a bill above $1,700. The reviewer praised Chris, Dante and Ben's work and communication but considered the price too high. A July customer moving from Groton to Laconia warned that boxes and other materials left by the movers were charged even when unused, and that packing dishes and glasses added material and labor costs. In a November 2025 review, another customer described an unexpected $120 charge for a piano and large wool rug carried upstairs, despite having listed both when obtaining the estimate. That customer still called the cost reasonable and said the total remained below the estimate's upper range. A different July 2026 customer said the final price was slightly above estimate but reasonable for the quantity moved, including a baby grand. Older customers also described packing and communication. In September 2022, a customer said Justin's crew packed personal effects, antiques, collectibles and kitchen items for the customer's mother, then loaded, moved, unloaded and helped unpack; the move came in below estimate. A January 2026 reviewer said the move stayed within the quoted price and that one mover knew sign language, which helped the customer's deaf parents.
