Awesome Seal Coating job by Petra. Kagen and Ian are Masters of the trade. Very respectful, professional, and courteous. Tara and Chris worked their magic in the front end with the quote and scheduling.

Why I would choose Petra Paving if I ever need asphalt work again: 1) I contacted them for a quote on a Tuesday and they scheduled me for that Friday at 6pm. Chris arrived early and you could see he was tired but was polite, informative and clearly understood what I was looking for. He asked me to give him 15 minutes in which time he gave me a detailed sketch, a typed very detailed quote and FAQ's. 2) On the day of the "dirt work", I pointed out a drain pipe under the driveway area which I didn't want disturbed. Chris noticed that it was perforated pipe which would cause a problem. Steve gave me a detailed shopping list to get new drain pipe and fittings which I promptly did. I was working from home that day so while in a meeting, Steve installed most of the pipe for me. 3) As I was digging to connect the above drain pipe to the grid I could hear Steve banging into something as he was digging. It was a stump under my old driveway. Steve proceeded to dig down over 4' to remove it. He also uncovered a debris pile likely from when the house was built - he removed that too. 4) I requested they leave the excavated dirt onsite so I could use if for other projects. In doing the math, it easily accounted for the depth of base the quote indicated (~70 yards of material). 5) I was again inside in a meeting while the dirt work was compacted. My house shook for quite some time indicating that the area was thoroughly compacted. 6) The paving crew led by Brian did an amazing job in contouring the drive way to drain away from the garage and house (Yes, the prep by Steve was spot on). They paved in November and I am writing this in April to attest that their work was absolute drainage perfection. Overall, I could not be happier with the work that the Petra Paving team did. They are true professionals who do not cut corners. They take the time to do it right and in my case went above and beyond. They even provided an owners manual with many tips on how to maintain the driveway. I would definitely use them again if I ever have the need. They are a top notch team.

First, There is no better contractor than these guys. If your lucky enough to live where they operate, call them. Their prep guys came buy and in a few hours had the 1977 driveway torn up and the new one prepared for paving. I asked the tech. for a few minor changes which he did giving me some more parking space. When I went out to talk to him, his comment was "This space is mine. When I'm done, your going to love it." The paving crew showed up early the next day and were done by 11:00 AM. Perfect work! Could not be happier. Some people may complain about the cost involved for paving but after you see the millions of dollars in equipment used and the professionalism of the people doing the job, you know it's worth every penny. Now, finally, no more chunks of old pavement trying to kill my snow blower!

We just had our driveway done by Petra Paving. They removed our old driveway, prepped for the new one, and then came out and did an Awesome job on the new one. The attention to detail in every step of the process was truly amazing to watch. If you need paving look no further than Petra. They really are THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS.

Neighbors had their driveway done, which they loved. Unfortunately there was there was a chip in our newly sealed street that Petra came back and fixed the next afternoon. They never did work for me but their willingness to come out and patch that speaks a lot about company integrity.
