PIC Home Pros is a Londonderry, NH home remodeling company that, by its own account, has served New England for over 30 years from locations in Londonderry, NH and Plainville, MA. Customers hire it primarily for bathroom remodels — tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in showers, full bathroom renovations — with roofing and window/siding replacement as additional lines of work; the business is catalogued locally under mold and water remediation, but its reviews describe none of that work. The track record is large and mostly strong: 415 reviews dating back to 2019 across nine platforms (Google, Angi, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, BBB among them), with Google showing 4.7 stars from 444 ratings, Angi and HomeAdvisor both 4.2 from 203, and Thumbtack 3.9 from 44. Reviews from March and April 2026 repeatedly name sales consultant Andrew and installer Tom for patient, thorough work, with many bathroom jobs completed in a single day or two; a 2023 review describes consultant Norm honestly telling a customer PIC Home Pros couldn't do a seventh-floor window job and referring her to another company instead. A 2024 review describes a walk-in shower built for a 72-year-old with balance issues; a 2026 review describes one built for a homeowner's disabled husband. Roofing customers describe one-day jobs with thorough cleanup. Worth asking about before booking: window and siding jobs have drawn recurring, specific complaints across several years — a 2022 review describes a $1,200 window deposit tied up for months after a COVID-era order cancellation; another 2022 review and a 2025 review describe a 2022 window job left unresolved for years with unanswered calls and emails; and a 2026 review describes a full-house window and siding project that took over a year, with windows measured wrong three times. Other reviews describe payment disputes — an unreturned deposit in 2023, and a 2026 review disputing a charge for work the reviewer says was never completed. A 2025 review describes a promotional discount a salesperson didn't honor as advertised. The Better Business Bureau lists the company as an Accredited Business with an A+ rating alongside 26 complaints on file in the last three years. A 2019 federal lawsuit alleging a Computer Fraud and Abuse Act violation was terminated in 2020 with no outcome or settlement reported; it is six years old and no customer review mentions it. PIC Home Pros looks like a strong pick for a fast, well-run bathroom remodel — the volume and specificity of praise for named crews, spanning years, is real — but the window and siding side of the business has drawn the sharpest and most recurring complaints going back to at least 2022, so a homeowner considering that scope of work should ask pointed questions about timelines and get commitments in writing before paying a deposit.

Bath flip was a pleasure to work with. From the original salesperson, to the job coordinator, to the workman who actually did the job. They were all very professional. And the job came out spectacular. We are very pleased with the outcome to say least. The materials used were top of the line and my wife is especially pleased with the retractable bench in the shower. What I am most pleased with is how the job coordinator Aaron and Katrina kept everything running smoothly. And the high quality of the installation and materials used.
Buyer beware!! I live in Massachusetts! We hired PIC for a full house window replacement and new siding installations. The contract process was ok and then the project took over 1 year to complete. The windows were measured wrong 3 times yes the third time the new CEO Steven came out personally and measured the windows for accuracy. Once the windows were installed the siding was next. They removed old siding and I complained that the windows they installed were not the ones we agreed to purchase. There response was to postponed the siding job while my house had exposed wood to outside inclement weather, demanded I sign an amended contract for the installed windows before they would return to complete the siding installation. I had already paid for the windows in full and 2/3 of the siding payment. I had no choice and agreed to the amendment because they refused to return or take my calls until I signed via email. Once the siding was complete, I paid the balance in full (47k)and told myself I’m done with this company. 2 years have past and I decided to post a review because after all of that, I found out the windows they installed were not even rated for New England and did not qualify for mass save. The windows they sold me are rated to Mid Atlantic (Milder climate). We paid full price and received less. They lost so much by ordering the wrong windows twice (not my problem) that they ended up screwing us) My hope is that someone reads this and learns from it. I can’t return them now!! I found this company on Angie’s list and will never use either we one again…
Very good company to work with. They kept us updated every step of the way and the whole shower area came out beautiful.
We were so impressed with PIC and the guys who installed our new bathroom--in TWO DAYS. The installers were so skilled and precise and the renovation is terrific: looks just wonderful and is so well done. The staff at PIC called every day. Terrific service all-around.
