In March 2025 a homeowner had XCC Pro Builders erect a carport in the yard, and noted the crew arrived precisely on time. A month later, at a Methuen home, the job was five front columns replaced, footings put in, the landscaping under the overhang redone and two stumps pulled. That September another customer watched the team finish a good-sized paver patio in two days. A repeat customer writing in September 2025, several projects in with more planned, put it plainly: they take any job small or large. Roughly half the reviews name the owner, Xavier Morales, directly. His site describes XCC as a Londonderry, New Hampshire company he founded, with more than ten years in new homes, decks, additions and remodeling. The recent work runs closer to the house. A May 2026 deck replacement drew praise for the attention to detail, and a March 2026 customer had the whole house sided and said it exceeded what they expected. A new porch went in that same month. Yard work keeps recurring: a lawn regraded and seeded in May 2026, moss taken off a front lawn and the ground reseeded in April 2026, a yard graded in June 2025. The interior work sits further back — a June 2019 Thumbtack review describes a half-bathroom added, an area built out for a soaking tub, front porch flooring, drywall, and replaced basement stairs. On money, the same thing comes up: the owner quotes the job himself and quotes it fast, in reviews from June 2025, September 2025 and April 2026, one of which called the price competitive and the schedule quick to open up. A May 2026 remodel customer said costs were clear from the initial consultation through the final walk-through. Not every rating is a five, though. Angi's profile puts 13% of its 15 ratings at two stars and Thumbtack puts 5% of its 38 at one star, against 73% and 84% at five; Google's 17 ratings average 5.0. New Hampshire does not register general contractors, so there is no statewide licence for this trade; Thumbtack's profile lists a background check. For a deck, a porch, siding, a patio or yard work around Londonderry, XCC is an easy call to make, and the quote should come back quickly.
