Pickering Property Services says on its website that it provides landscaping services to commercial and residential properties through Southern Maine, covering landscape maintenance, design and hardscaping. A 2024 customer of many years said the company did not return that year and that texts and calls went unanswered. That 2024 customer said the service had been dependable until then, and that the workers were unsupervised and had to be asked to complete tasks agreed at the start with the owner, Chris Pickering.
After many years of using Pickering Property Services, this year they just didn't return. Texted, called a couple times, but never received a response. Although the service was never great, they were dependable until this year. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want great service and dependability. Additionally, the individuals who actually did the work were unsupervised and had to be asked to complete tasks that were agreed to at the beginning of the working relationship with the owner, Chris Pickering. Highly disappointed at this point and would NOT recommend.
