Service, Service, Service. It's not easy to find excellent service in any industry today but this company has it. I needed to have my chimney cleaned so I could get my hot water heater replaced and called Paul Pickett who referred me to Larrabee and he called them himself to make sure Larrabee got my message. Larrabee was here the next morning, Saturday, at 7:00 am, cleaned the chimney, and let me know my old tile liner needed to be replaced. Paul Pickett scheduled that for the next week and was here a little before the scheduled time and got right to work. The whole crew was very friendly and professional and I found the rates for both companies reasonable.
They did a great job with my 40' long chimney liner, in a very old chimney, you can tell they really know what they are doing, I would use them again, no question. Price was very fair also.
I would highly recommend Paul and his crew. Years of experience and it shows. Had a chimney liner installed, quick and easy, no problem.
