I had them do a complete install a few years ago. I continue to use them for winterization. They are very responsive, professional and I've had the system for 4 years with 0 problems.
Great family owned company that went above and beyond to get the job completed. The crew and owners were fantastic to work with. They took great care on my existing grass and really minimized turf damage. I highly recommend pioneer valley lawn sprinklers.
We had a quote done end of May, Install middle of June. From Bruce to Kathy to every one of the workers involved, they all showed professionalism and kindness. They did a fantastic job and answered any and all questions we had. Price was extremely reasonable. Left our lawn and sidewalks as if they were never there.
I am so thrilled with the work this company performed. They were super accommodating to my hectic timeline (trying to manage 5 house projects at once - all of which were intertwined like a web!), they were on time, quick, professional, and a pleasure to work with! I’d highly recommend them if you’re looking for a sprinkler service company and/or install. (We had a whole install done and they did an amazing job!)
Quote to install process and directions were seamless, great people to work with. I believe we worked with Bruce. He was very punctual. He spent quite a bit of time with my wife and I to make sure we were very educated on their products and services. No pressure sales whatsoever. He made some recommendations on what we wanted in order to save us additional money on the project. They were on time, efficient and very friendly (this includes the install crew). Everything went as expected with no issues. Will continue to work with them.
