POOL SHARKS

I am very critical and don't take providing reviews lightly. Most service related contractors i find care more about the money and getting to their next job. Zack and his team are different and were amazing. Had a leak in the plumbing and needed a bunch of concrete repair done to my pool. I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. Zack and his team were very professional, engaging and personable (as I asked a lot of questions along the way) and cared about the work performed and my satisfaction. The cost of the work performed was also extremely fair. Would highly recommend their services!

Zack and his crew are amazing! I had an issue with my pool (specifically, the lack of clearing after my pool was opened) and I reached out to Zack on a Saturday morning around 9 AM in full panic mode as I was posting a pool party in one week for at least 60 people, and my pool was not even close to being swimmable. Within a few short hours, Zack and his crew were at my house to assess the issue. Zack walk me step-by-step of what the issues were and what he was gonna do to fix it. Zack stopped by my house every single day that week to keep an eye on my pool and do what he needed to do to make sure that it was in perfect condition for the party, often sending videos and pictures with every visit. I I can’t recommend Zack and his company enough! Customer service is Topnotch. I will not be using another company ever again.

This was my second time using Pool Sharks and I continue to love them. They are very responsive, easy to communicate with and they always make my pool look great and ready for summer!!

My sand filter cracked, and despite the busy season, Pool Sharks was able to find time to replace it. In addition to the new filter and plumbing, they took care of disposing of the old one. My system has been working great since then. Communication was good and I appreciated the detailed quote.

Had them come to vacuum out some stubborn particles in my pool. First time didn't turn out great. So Zack sent two guys back the very next day to get it done right and it looks AMAZING now. Great communication, fast service, and the care Zack shows his customers can't be matched!! Would recommend Pool Sharks to everyone Thanks guys!
