Thoroughly disappointed in there service. Clearly states their responsibility to clean certain items and failed to do so. Customer service was also terrible and they would rather cleam your house poorly, leave without checking in and demand payment then do the job. Had to reclean almost every surface that they said they cleaned. Photos attached of my cleaning after they had supposedly "cleaned". We have used a professional service before. We also were offered to have it recleaned but why would we sign up to have the same bad service given after they supposedly sent us one of their best cleaners. They also offered us a 30$ refund for their poor job done for what cost us 140$, after arriving 20 minutes late. No refund was issued at this point in time.
