A recent caller who wanted shrubs and small trees removed said the man who answered the phone after 6 p.m. was rude, argued with them about what they needed, and suggested they hire "that guy taking that huge tree down."
Very very very rude man answered after 6:15 ! I only called because it said OPEN 24 HOURS ! I needed shrubs and small trees removed and he said, " Why don't you hire that guy taking that huge tree down between your house " ???? 🤔 I tried to explain I don't want to do that because he has to concentrate taking down a huge tree with a crain and would like this work done now separate. He answered the phone at after 6pm so I'm sure that was in fact the ow n er that was so rude. Actually arguing with me about what I need. He's not a very good business man. Wow !!! What a way to lose customers. !!!!! 1956 ! I've been here since 1956 and have had tons of contractors !!!! Most of them. 5 stars 🌟 PORTSMOUTH TREE SERVICE !!!!! 😱 I'M SO GLAD I DIDN'T PICK THEM WHEN I GOOGLED REMOVE SMALL TREES AND SHRUBS ! 📞 CALL Phil's TREE SERVICE !!!! PROFESSIONAL RETURNS ALL CALLS. Pleasure to do business with PHIL'S TREE 🌳 SERVICE !!! THEY HAVE BEEN AMAZING ! THEY WON'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. He couldn't even give me his last name name. Something is not write. He does everything I listed. Not nice and I wouldn't refer him to my worst enemy !!!!!
