Terrible Company, Kevin the owner has no clue what he is doing. No signage when blocking off an entire road, then my car is towed… $225 in fees to start the morning. Tell me what sign in this picture says I can’t park here?

Hate to give such a poor review to a local company but they earned it. I have been trying to get them to give me an estimate for over a month on a new driveway. I used them in the past to pave a parking lot and they were great so I wanted to use them again. I've called the office twice and the estimators cell phone three times. Spoke to someone in the office who assured me I would be hearing from them soon. Left messages with the estimator, Kevin, crickets. I'm sure they are busy, and that's great, but I live a couple miles from their yard and they drive by my house multiple times a day and can't stop for 10 minutes to give a quick estimate. Anyway, I used APMI out of the Monson area. I called them and the estimator was at my house 2 hours later, got a quote that evening. It met my budget, we scheduled the work and they showed up the day they said they would, stayed on budget, the driveway came out amazing. So in the time it has taken me NOT to get a call back from Precise, another company has already completed the work. That's some good service. Like I said, if Precise is so busy that they can't return a phone call, then good for them, they must be killing it. But, for those of us who are looking for great customer service, I'd look elsewhere and highly recommend APMI.

Precise Paving worked on our driveway recently. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly! They were very thorough and provided great expertise when coming up with the plan to pave. Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Wonderful company and great workers. Cannot recommend enough! You’ll be in great hands with them.
