Precision Applications is a New Hampton spray-foam insulation company. Its website lists jobs in Portsmouth, Manchester, Middleton, Carroll and northern New Hampshire, and it offers free estimates by its own account. A recent customer who had a bathroom in an old farmhouse insulated wrote that Winston pointed out a few areas of concern during prep and had them addressed ahead of time. A 2025 customer described Kellen's suggestions on how to protect the customer's mother during the install, and said the house was left cleaner than when the team arrived. A 2024 customer said they spray foamed the crawlspace underneath the home and took care around several water pipes. A 2023 customer said the attic was done in one day, starting at 6 am and finishing by 5 pm as estimated, with the drafty areas sealed. A 2022 customer wrote that they tape every stud and leave the jobsite as clean or cleaner than they found it. A recent customer seeking insulation for a new building wrote that Kellen took 8 days to reply, a follow-up email went unanswered, and the company did not show up for a scheduled site visit, then did not follow through on rescheduling.
I reached out through the website in May regarding insulation of a new building that was set to be constructed this summer. I finally received a response from Kellen 8 days later. I sent a follow up email looking to move forward, which to this day never received a response. I then had my wife reach out by phone where a site visit was scheduled to go over the plan. On the day of the scheduled visit, we waited all afternoon and they were a no call no show. Upon messaging them, they said the day "got away from them" and asked for a reschedule. We tried to reschedule. That was almost a week ago and have yet to hear back... If you are in need of getting something done in a timely manner, please find a company that returns your calls, emails, or actually shows up when they say they will. II have tried multiple times to work with this company, but I am now working with another company that actually responds.
When we hired Precision Application Spray Foam to insulate our bathroom, I figured spray foam was pretty much the same no matter who you hired, but I was wrong. Watching Winston prep the space showed me there’s a lot more to it than I realized. With his construction background, Winston pointed out a few areas of concern and had me address them ahead of time to avoid future issues. That attention to detail really stood out to me. Kellen also understood my concerns about wanting someone meticulous. Our old farmhouse isn’t cookie-cutter, and it takes the right crew to handle something like that properly. Overall, I’m really glad we went with them.

Each and every aspect of this company exceeded our expectations. Kellen and every member of the team are professional, respectful, and incredibly good at what they do! Initial consultation: thoroughly impressed with Kellen's knowledge and understanding of what we needed and his suggestions on how to protect my mother during the insulation install. Schedule and price: they accommodated our schedule and work was well worth the price. Prep work: phenomenal! I am amazed at how much effort they put into protecting our home before the work even started. Installation: each and every team member was polite, friendly, conscience and incredibly talented. Final product exceeded our expectations by miles. We are looking forward to a warm and toasty winter. Clean up: just as good as the prep work and installation. They left our house cleaner than when they arrived! Precision Applications deserves an award for the Best of the Best!!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of our home and my mom's health.
Did exactly what they said, on time, on budget. Could not be happier.
