Bought firewood from precision/Tom. He said it was 3 year seasoned wood. All the wood is wet and does not catch fire. He sent an employee out who confirmed that it likely got wet under their tarp before delivery and said they would come back to pick it up. They stopped answering and left us with a cord of wet wood that has turned our fireplace black from the black smoke it gave off when trying to get it to catch. Worst wood we’ve ever gotten and awful customer service. Gave the owner the chance to make it right and he chose to not answer. Do not buy your firewood from this company.

I parked my white Tesla in the EV charging spot at the Trader Joe's plaza in Orange. It is a shame that I cannot post the video from the sentry feature of the Tesla. However, if I could, you would see four men from the Precision Land Management LLC crew with backpack blowers in blue sweatshirts with the company logo in white, having little regard for my personal property and that of other people. Tom, the owner, has the contract for the property, and his crew proceeded to blow leaves, dirt, and debris all over my vehicle, as well as many of the other cars in that row alongside the grass with me. Dirt and debris from the lawn moderately covered my vehicle and others, with leaves and dirt which accumulated in my windshield well by the wiper blades so much so that when confronted a crew member came by and blew the debris off the hood and roof of my vehicle. After confronting the owner, Tom, I found him incredibly rude and pedantic. He took no responsibility or accountability for his crew's egregious business conduct, saying something like it was standard for jobs of this type and that it was a public place that I chose to park in. Well, neither I nor anyone else parked alongside me decided to have our vehicles covered in dirt and debris by a group of guys with backpack blowers masquerading as professionals. Nor did I appreciate the unprofessional conduct of the business owner after I took a picture of his LLC truck in case of unseen damages to my vehicle. If you are a corporate entity, don't use these guys; they have no respect or common decency and instead are just rushing to get the job done with little thought for the ramifications.

Tom and his team provide high quality work. They did an amazing job on our years and flower beds.

We will use Tom and his business again, and again! He and his team came to do our yearly maintenance for our farm to get ready for the blueberry season. Tom was reasonably priced, and made sure that the job was done correctly.
