I reached out to Eric with a pest concern mid-summer and he called me back right away and was at my home a few hours later to do an inspection. We ended up calling him again later when we had a problem with chipmunks chewing on wires in vehicles. Eric was very communicative via text through the whole process, always kept me up to date on what he was doing around the property and what the plan was for each step. I called with a yellow jacket problem and Eric was at my house first thing the next morning. He assessed the situation, told me what to expect, then he got to work and removed the nest. We had Yellow Jackets take over our porch. I reached out to many companies and they didn’t service my area. Another company recommended Presicion and they were out within 24 hrs. Cheapest price too and very thorough. Highly recommend this company
