The company describes itself as a family business serving Southern Maine communities, for home and business pest issues, and says it has been in business for 8 years. One review says Tom quickly trapped and relocated a groundhog from under a shed, then installed a barrier around the shed's perimeter to keep another critter from getting under it. For an ant problem, a customer said Tom returned the call within an hour and showed up the next day when he said he would. He explained his plan, sprayed around the property and removed a newly formed wasps nest for a fair price. That customer had been seeing at least two to three dozen ants a day and had not seen one since, and said Tom guaranteed the work for the entire summer and offered to come back free of charge if need be. When a bird got stuck in one customer's woodshop, Tom came over right away, captured it safely and set it free. A customer who called his prices very fair also said the work was done quickly.

He also offered a solution to prevent another critter getting under the shed in the future. His skill and effort to install a barrier around the perimeter of the shed gave us a permanent solution to our critter problem. He truly went above and beyond. We highly recommend his professional services."

He was kind, communicated well, and explained his process so I understood what his plan of attack was. He even pointed out a few areas of my house that were potentially going to be an issue in the future. He sprayed around my property and even removed a newly formed wasps nest for a fair price.
