The best of the written record is specific. In a 2016 review, a homeowner described a complete yard makeover -- a new outdoor living space, before-and-after photos, and paver stones Brad threw in from a leftover job to save them money. A 2015 review credited the crew with turning a tired, overgrown yard into a garden-forward space, and a 2021 review called out daily updates on a job's progress. Its five Houzz reviews average 4.0 stars; its four Angi reviews average 3.8. The record isn't uniformly good. A 2016 Houzz review described hiring the company for a project in 2015, paying an advance, and never getting the work done or the deposit back. Hello, My Husband and i recently hired Premier II Landscaping for a complete yard makeover. The team was very honest and hardworking. Brad the owner went above and beyond our expectations.. They created a outdoor living space for my family and i. The before and after images are spectagular. Brad promised to help us out with some paver stones materials he has from a previous job. Brad kept his word and saved my husband and i hundreds of dollars. I would totally hire Premier II Landscaping. My neighbor has already hired the team take measurements to repair and replace there patio and wall.. These guys are very professional in every step.. Thanks, Donna G.
Premier II Home & Lawn Care is an unprofessional and unreliable company, by far the worst contractor we have dealt with, extremely frustrating experience every step of the way. We hired them in August 2015. They requested an advance payment, haven't done the work, have been difficult to get in touch with, missed numerous appointments and refused to return the advance payment. At this point we may have to sue them to get our deposit back.
Brad and his team at Premier II transformed my front and back yard which had become a bit tired and overgrown into a lovely, vibrant outdoor space highlighting the garden beds and flowers. With talent, hard work and professionalism, they listened and were responsive to what I was hoping to acheive. In addition, they beautified a side stone path with easy care pebbles to help prevent weeds and to make it more user-friendly. Overall, a good experience and would definitely recommend them.
