Premier Outdoor Living and Landscaping builds the outside of the house: its website lists outdoor living spaces, custom decks, pergolas, firepits, outdoor kitchens, paver and stone patios, retaining walls, masonry and snow plowing. A recent customer wanted a new bluestone patio, steps, a fire pit area, an outdoor kitchen and two replaced decks and railings, with the facing stone on retaining walls matched to a hand-built stone wall from 1970. That customer said the masons worked over many months and the end result matches. A recent customer thanked Jason and the team for a new patio and said the guys were respectful and easy to have around. A recent customer said storms knocked down two rotting cedar trees, including one on the wife's car, and Jason got his guys over to cut up the wood. That customer then had the rest of the trees removed, with four or five guys on a job the customer thought took about two days. A 2025 customer said they replaced the backyard stairs and redid a bluestone patio, and that Patrick stayed late at the final walk-through to take care of a small loose end outside his scope. A 2025 customer with a very wet backyard said the team installed a drainage system and built a patio. A 2022 customer said Jason aerated the lawn free of charge because of a little communication difficulty at the beginning. Connecticut lists the company's home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0647637, as expired.

We’ve had a problem with several beautiful old cedar trees that I’ve been slowly rotting. One of the storms knocked down two of them Including one on my wife’s carand Jason was kind enough to get his guys over here to cut up the wood. After that, we decided to have the rest of the trees removed. There were maybe four or five guys. I think it took about two days. He came one day with a wood chipper and then the other day to take the logs that remained. It was a big job. And they were very efficient.
We have a hand built stone wall on our property that was erected by the owner/building in 1970. It’s been a talking point of anyone that visits and something we love and wanted to preserve when engaging Jason and his team at Premier Outdoor Living. Our ask was to build and install a new blue stone patio, steps, fire pit area, outdoor kitchen and replace two decks and railings - however we wanted any facing stone on retaining walls to match our beloved wall and make it all seem holistic. A tall order we thought!! The selection of stone and meticulous craftsmanship of the skilled masons over many months paid off, the end result not only matches perfectly, it is nothing short of incredible, and we could not be happier. We have had the team back to do some additional bits and pieces since and continue to be thrilled with the workmanship and customer service.
