I hired John Palazzo’s Performance Landex for a major project that included both my septic system and backyard landscaping. Based on the feedback I had heard about John, I already expected high-quality work — but he didn’t just meet expectations, he exceeded them by far. From start to finish, John and his team delivered outstanding results. The septic system was installed flawlessly, with attention to every detail. What impressed me most was John’s personal commitment: he was on site late into the evenings and even on weekends, making sure everything stayed on track and was done to the highest standard. John himself is professional, punctual, and incredibly helpful. He answered all of my questions, addressed any concerns right away, and went above and beyond to ensure the new system will last for decades. What truly sets him apart is his strategic vision and holistic approach to projects — a perspective that comes only from decades of hands-on experience in the field. On top of the main project, I also ordered a cord of firewood from John as winter is approaching. The delivery was next-day, and I couldn’t believe the quality—it lit so easily that I didn’t even need cardboard to start it. Crisp, clean, perfectly seasoned firewood. Honestly, it felt like some special “John’s magic.” Overall, I can’t recommend Performance Landex enough. If you want not just great results, but a contractor who genuinely cares about the work and the client, John Palazzo is the one to call.

The firewood is well seasoned and burns great with very few pops. Self service wood loading is a great idea. $75 buys you all you can get in your SUV with the back seats down. They also sell topsoil, gravel etc.

Amazing! John and his team turned our backyard into a special place for our family for years to come.
