Premier Roofing LLC

Premier Roofing LLC is a roofing company whose website lists metal roof installation and repair, standing seam metal roofing, asphalt shingle roofing and seamless gutter installation. It names Meredith and Loudon as its service area and says it has been in business 10 years. A recent customer who hired the company for a second new roof said the owner fit them into the schedule in less than two weeks, flowers were covered during the tear-off, and the entire roof was done in a day. A customer who was away during the work said they were sent progress photos and the site was cleaned up well. A 2026 customer found a roof leak while running a mini split line set in an attic; that customer said Alicia had one of her inspection experts come out that day, and the whole roof and underlayment were replaced with a metal roof. A 2025 customer said a large, complex roof with two to three layers of shingles to remove was finished in a single day. A 2025 reviewer said the cleanup used a magnetic machine to clear the entire work area. A 2025 customer had a roof repaired and a snow breaker and gutters installed, and said the job was done in the timeframe stated on the contract. A recent would-be customer said no one showed up for a 9am roof repair quote appointment and no one called. A 2025 reviewer said an estimator missed a scheduled visit for a leak in a barn's metal roof, two emails went unanswered, and the eventual estimate was $2,000 for work another company quoted at $600. A 2024 reviewer wrote that the company stopped responding to calls after they identified an issue.
