SteelCon LLC installs metal roofing and siding. A 2022 customer said Ron D., whom the review names as the owner, installed a new metal roof and siding on their home. That 2022 customer said siding kept popping off one spot under a window after completion, and that he came back to repair it. The same 2022 customer said he took 18 extra sheets of metal roofing with him when the job was complete, after the customer had been charged for them. In that 2022 review, the customer wrote that more siding was falling off, that someone was sent out who filled the space with caulking, and that it did not work; the customer said he then claimed the warranty was up. A 2022 customer said they scheduled two appointments and both were no-shows, and that calls and texts went unreturned.

FIND ANOTHER OPTION FOR ROOF and SIDING INSTALLATION. Had Ron D. (SteelCon LLC owner) install brand new metal roof and siding on our home in the summer of 2020. Issues 1. I picked up materials he hadn’t paid for thinking I would just take them off the bill but he felt they should be added cost. I was doing him a favor and I ended up paying an $500 to our contract. At the time I was frustrated but not worth a fight for $500. 2. Siding kept popping off one spot under a window after completion. He claimed we must have pulled it off. What? Why would I create more headaches for myself. He came back to repair. 3. When the job was complete he took the remaining 18 extra sheets of metal roofing with him. I expect there to be extra materials but we were charged for those. Why did he over purchase on our dime? 4. Oct 2022 - more siding is falling off. After asking to be fixed for 3 weeks he sent someone out who filled the space with caulking to try to get it to stay in place. Didn’t work. Now he claims the ‘warranty’ is up and we need to pay for it to be repaired. Also claims someone pulled them down. Again - I don’t need more headaches in my life. No one pulled them down. It is poor workmanship.
Shouldn’t be advertising your business on your truck if you’re going to cut people off and try to cause an accident brake checking them.
Scheduled two appointment, both no show. Now does not return VM or text
