The company's website lists granite steps, granite mailbox and light posts, granite curbing, stepping stones and thin stone veneers, and names a service area of Madison, Clinton, Killingworth, Deep River, Essex and Old Saybrook. Its Connecticut home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0659406, is active on the state registry under Premier Stone Products LLC. A 2024 customer said they had bought crushed stone, stonewall stones and patio stones there, and had large granite steps installed by the company along with a stone mailbox post. A 2025 customer who needed stone to fill holes in a driveway said it was delivered in less than 24 hours. A 2024 customer said one of two deliveries had the incorrect volume of stone dust, and that another truck came over the next morning to make it right. A 2024 customer from Deep River planning a garden wall found river stones there and said John, who helped them, liked the whole DIY nature of the project. A recent customer needed brick and sandstone to build part of a habitat for their son's bearded dragon and wrote: "Super helpful!" A 2025 Reddit commenter in r/connecticut said they were very happy with Premier Stone Products in Killingworth, and that when they used it, the company installed throughout most of the state.
