Unprofessional experience, to say the least. Work was done poorly, no permits were pulled, and I had to take him to Massachusetts Small Claims Court. I won a judgment that he still hasn’t paid. Based on my experience, I strongly advise homeowners to avoid this contractor at all cost.

I had a terrible experience with this contractor. He never finished the work I contracted him to do. I paid him to demo an old chimney and rebuild me a new one. I paid top dollar for the job and he left me 2 feet short of a code compliant chimney. I've had to hire a real professional to come finish the job and they looked at Primary's work and found all sorts of issues. He knew he was such a bad contractor that he got another one to submit the permit! Do not use this guy. Take my word.
