I have been very pleased all this entire winter with the plowing. They have kept my long driveway open every storm and pushed back when necessary.
Horrible customer service. Matt is arrogant and argumentative and I would never recommend this company to anyone. I can't speak for their landscaping skills but they plowed our driveway and I would never seek their services again based on how we were treated. He does not behave in a professional manner.
On 11/8/23 signed a contract w Prime Cuts. Called in early Mar and was given a 5/6/24 date, provided weather held. Called several times and given alternate dates, but they never show up. Ben & scheduler very nice, but owner Matt is very curt and does not want owners on site while they do work, as they slow down and interfere with his workers. Apparently they know exactly how you would like your shrubs trimmed and don’t need any feedback. Could not believe the arrogance of this person! Additionally, Matt should know, his folks told me I was scheduled for May 28 and when he called to lecture me 10 minutes later he said it was going to be at least an additional 2-3 weeks before he could get it done AND tried to blame me as he had it scheduled for April but I wanted to be on site so he couldn’t do it (Remember i spoke to Matt in Mar and he didn.t mention that. I cancelled the contract.
We have been with Prime Cut for four years. Matt's crew showed up for the first mowing this Summer. The crew leader remembers us from our first year, and is handling the yard work just the way we like it to be done. Are using Prime Cut for the sixth year; still enjoying the same level of excellent yard care.
We have been using Prime Cut Landscaping for over 10 years. We have utilized their spring/fall clean up services, lawn installation, flower bed construction and maintenance services, hardscaping of a walkway and most recently their insect control services. I believe they were instrumental in creating the curb appeal needed to successfully sell our first home - and as soon as we were under contract for our new home they were our first call! We continue to enjoy the services they provide and appreciate their knowledge and expertise to help us create our own private oasis! We will continue to utilize them as we grow our new area!
