Ryan was incredible! We live out of state, so I was worried off the bat it would be hard to get the project worked out but he made it so easy! He was super communicative, super up front and honest about what the house needed and what the price would be and the work looks fantastic!

live in a condo complex with very strict rules and requirements before making any changes outside the home. I purchased my condo with a neglected deck area and wanted to make it look nice. Ryan understood exactly what I wanted and wrote up detailed specs to submit to the association. It was approved, with only a few questions. From first contact to quote to completion took about three weeks. Once the job started, he finished it in just one day. After seeing his work, several other owners in the complex hired him to install new patio areas as well. He also provided complete cleanup, optional landscaping, cleaned under the deck, and added covering to make the area look clean and finished. Pricing was very fair, and communication was excellent. I highly recommend Ryan Brown and his crew for any hardscaping project.
