Read enough of the reviews for Ron Carpenito's Prime Property Team and a pattern emerges that most agent profiles do not have: over and over, the seller is not the person who lived in the house. It is an adult child selling a parent's home as they move into assisted living, or an older couple downsizing because staying put stopped being practical. That is a specific and difficult kind of sale, and it is the one this Andover team gets called for. A July client described selling a complicated property forced by the realities of aging and credited him with laying out options at each turn; another this month sold a Lowell house after their father moved into assisted living, and said the plan Ron set out at the first meeting — highest price, least disruption to the family — was what actually happened. It lines up with the SRES designation the team lists, the industry's seniors-transition credential, alongside PSA and CNE. The team works under Keller Williams Realty Success in Andover and says it covers Andover, Haverhill, Danvers and Lowell in Massachusetts plus Londonderry, New Hampshire. Ron Carpenito founded it; Arlene Santangelo handles business development, and clients routinely name other team members by first name, which suggests you will be handed off to more than one person during a transaction. One thing to read carefully: among the reviews is one written by a mortgage loan officer describing Ron as a partner on transactions rather than as his own client. That is a professional endorsement, not a customer experience, and it should not carry the same weight as the seller reviews around it. A no-pressure first conversation appears to be part of how they operate — one seller this May described months of phone calls answering questions before there was any listing agreement. If you are handling a parent's house, an estate, or a downsizing move in the Merrimack Valley, this is a sensible first call. Ask what the full commission structure is, who on the team will actually be your day-to-day contact, and whether the in-house lending and legal partners the site names are optional or expected.

We were incredibly pleased with Ron Carpenito's service in selling our home. Unwelcome realities of aging necessitated the move. While it was a complicated property to sell, Ron provided guidance and options every step of the way. I highly recommend Ron Carpenito for his evident depth of experience, ongoing clear communication, and compassionate approach.

Simply the best! Earlier this year my father moved to assisted living from our home in Lowell. I was tasked with the job of selling the house. A friend recommended Ron and I am so very grateful she did. At our first meeting he described his goals and strategy to work for a sale at the highest possible price with the least possible stress to me and my family. That is exactly what he delivered for us. I've met very few people with the character, sincerity and talent of Ron Carpenito.

Working with Ron Carpenito at Prime Properties was an outstanding experience during a very emotional time for our family. My mother was transitioning into an assisted living community, and the decision to sell her home was not an easy one. She was understandably hesitant and unsure about making such a significant life change. Ron was instrumental throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the many benefits of the move and helped my mother understand why it was the right decision for her future. His patience, compassion, and professionalism made a difficult situation much easier for everyone involved. Ron met personally with my wife and me to discuss every aspect of preparing the home for sale. His vast knowledge and experience were evident as he provided guidance on everything from painting and landscaping projects to helping us navigate reconnecting the home’s water service to the town sewer system. He also connected us with trusted resources and contractors, which saved us a tremendous amount of time and stress. What impressed me most was Ron’s ability to make us feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. He was always available to answer questions, offer advice, and provide reassurance when needed. I highly recommend Ron Carpenito and Prime Properties to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Merrimack Valley.

It’s been a real pleasure working with Ron Carpenito. Long before I officially decided to sell or hire him, Ron spent significant time on the phone with me answering questions, offering guidance, and helping me think through my options without any pressure. That level of generosity and professionalism made a strong impression early on and set the tone for everything that followed. Throughout the entire process, Ron was honest, enthusiastic, and incredibly generous with his time. From the beginning, it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing, and that I could trust his guidance if I wanted the best possible result — which I did, and the outcome ended up exceeding my expectations. He helped keep me focused and moving forward, and I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. Ron and his team have absolutely earned this 5‑star review. I’m grateful for everything he did and would be happy to stay in touch. Highly recommended.
