In December 2022 a Google reviewer had Brian of Pro Home and Business Services add a Murphy bed to a spare bedroom — a project the reviewer's wife had called "a blueprint for divorce" — with Brian supplying his tools, labor and knowledge. The Georgia, Vermont business describes itself on HomeAdvisor as serving homeowners and businesses in the Greater Burlington area for 20+ years, handling home repairs, improvements, maintenance and remodeling. In January 2026 a Google reviewer wrote that Brian installed a kitchen faucet plus a bathroom vanity and toilet, checked in throughout, charged a very reasonable price and cleaned up afterward. A November 2024 Google review describes new plank flooring in a bedroom. In November 2022 a Google reviewer listed fencing, electrical, a roof leak, closet shelves and minor plumbing at their St. Albans rental duplex and Burlington condo, and called Brian a skilled carpenter and problem solver for older homes. In a September 2022 Google review, Brian replaced a customer's deck, explained his approach and checked before changing the initial plan. A 2019 HomeAdvisor reviewer wanted an old deck made structurally stable and smaller; Brian's design reused much of the original material, and the reviewer said he was building a balcony for them the next summer. In a September 2017 review, Brian removed and reattached a deck, at a price at or below his estimate. In a March 2018 HomeAdvisor review, Brian found that a dryer vent had not been properly installed and fixed it, though he was hired just to clean the vent. In May 2018 Brian cleaned a customer's windows. In January 2018 a HomeAdvisor customer had many outside siding and trim repairs and painting done. A 2019 reviewer who had used Brian three times left him the door combination so he could get in even if the customer were not home. In September 2017 a reviewer with a broken ankle wrote that he was willing to come on a Saturday morning so the reviewer's husband could be home. HomeAdvisor shows 5.0 stars from 42 ratings and Google 5 stars from 35.
Brian from PHB installed a faucet in my kitchen and put a vanity and toilet in my bathroom. He shows a great deal of pride in the work he does and checked in with me throughout the work he did in my home. His price was very reasonable and he did a nice job of cleaning up when the job was done. I would hire him again without question.
Brian from Pro Home installed some new plank flooring in a bedroom and did an excellent job. He has excellent communication and his work is reasonably priced. He’s skilled in quite a few construction and remodeling projects. I hope to have Brian return to do some more projects in the future.
Brian delivered Personable and professional service Provided trouble shooting and gave advice on future repairs Extremely respectful of my time and comfort with all aspects of the service before leaving Definitely will call on Brian again and recommend him to all
Brian did a great job. He was pleasant to work with. He was fairly priced and I would highly recommend using his services.
Brian was an amazing help with adding a murphy bed in our spare bedroom that my wife declared was 'a blueprint for divorce'. He worked well with me to get the job done, providing his tools, labor, and knowledge, and we've already discussed future projects together. Truly a great resource.
