They are DECEIVING and CHEATERS It was a NIGHTMARE dealing with them. They fooled us. The original plan was to have my driveway done. Ben and Frank went to my house and explained that before doing it, we must do the foundation first, apparently they said it was not safe without fixing it. The description was similar to a French drain but different approach. So they said, it s $2,500. Frank asked me to write my name, address and telephone number in a 2 sheet of paper, white and yellow and said they will give the contract with job description on Monday when they start and would ask me to sign. Come Monday, before they started, my husband asked for the contract, they said they will give it later and started digging. But until they left, they didn t give it. Same day, John McGuire called me and said they saw that the soil was damp and need to pour concrete to stabilize foundation and repair it but I have to pay $18,000. Plus the first $2,500. I was stunned because I don t have money and the way he talk it was emergency and they will just stop and return whatever they dug but I will still need to pay the $2,500. I said I don t have money and will just do the first project plus my mother is on hospice care. Next day, he called that he will do everything for $10,000 and give $5,000 for down payment and just whenever I can give the rest. Apparently, he wanted to help. To make it short , gave the $5,000 check to Ben and it took forever for a 2 day job. At times, Ben would say they would come but wouldn t show up. Also, when my husband was checking what they were doing, Ben said don t look at the worker, you are making him nervous We own it so it s our right to look right? I started to doubt this people, I called to complain to you guys (Angi/Home Advisor) because you gave my number to them. I trusted them because of you. When they said they are done, we checked, they didn t do whatever they described, they only dug the back part of the house. Less than 2 yards. Did not remove the old cement that they promised they would around the house. It was not done professionally. They cemented a little on top. It was a nightmare. We had sleepless nights. August 11, Ben came and he said he would give the contract and would email also, I gave a $4,000 check. To my surprise, he gave me a proposal and he signed, PROCRAFT not his name , when I asked to sign his name, there was an erasure, I was thinking, is this his real name? I asked him did you guys do this under the table? he said he would email the actual contract when he go home. Until now, NOTHING. They thought we are stupid. The job they did is not even worth $2,000. August 22, it rain so hard. I had water at the back of the house, I called, emailed and texted both Ben and John, until now. nobody reached out. Is this the 15-20 years guarantee they said? We were robbed of our time and money. Do not trust this company, don't deal with them.
