He took the time to kindly explain what he noticed about the age and condition of my rug and set up expectations appropriately given how it had been taken care of over many decades. Proodian Rug cleaners were so easy to work with, extremely accommodating and did a fabulous job on my 13 year old silk oriental area rug. Walter was so personable and quick to respond.
