When a 2022 customer's boiler broke down with water going everywhere, they said Ray was the only one of at least 20 places to call back, made it over within an hour, and had them back up and running with a new boiler within the next two days. Providence Mechanical Services is an HVAC company. On its website it says it has been in business 21 years, and on its BBB profile it describes residential and commercial HVAC installation, retrofit and replacement, periodic maintenance and commercial refrigeration. BBB grades it A+. A 2023 customer said Ray and his staff were professional and courteous during a mini split installation. That 2023 customer said the system had an ongoing performance issue at first that took some time to diagnose, and that Ray stood behind his work and corrected the problem at no additional expense. A 2017 Angi customer said every job was performed punctually, clean and quick, with good emergency response. A 2015 Angi customer said that when they called, the company was there a half an hour later, and that he came right out on a Sunday for someone the customer referred whose heating system "went crazy." A 2018 Angi customer wrote "Never again!!" A recent Google reviewer said the driver of the company's van was texting on his phone while not using a blinker.
