A recent customer who needed another week left a message over the weekend and said a woman from the office called first thing Monday morning to confirm. A recent customer emptying a home for a sale named Andrea in dispatch. A recent customer finished early and said the company accommodated an early pick-up. A 2026 customer said a dumpster ordered online at 4pm on a Thursday showed up at 5:55am the next morning, and was out of the driveway by 8am on the Monday pickup that customer scheduled. BE AWARE))))))))))) I rented the dumpster because of the special they were running. I actually didn’t need a dumpster that large, so I called and asked if I could get a smaller one. I was told that I had to get the size included with the special. I was allowed one ton, and I am positive that the items I put in the dumpster did not weigh a ton. I will admit that the dumpster looked packed, but that was because my brothers were not very neat when loading it—they basically just threw everything in. The dumpster was packed by the second day I received it. If I had known I didn’t have to keep it for the full 30 days, I would have called to have it picked up much sooner. I honestly don’t know if the issue is with the dumpster company or the weight station, but something is not adding up. I was charged an additional $72.20. It’s not necessarily about the amount of money; it’s the principle, especially when I know what I put in that dumpster could not have weighed one ton. I would suggest that anyone renting a dumpster from them go to the weight station when the dumpster is weighed, just to make sure they can verify the weight for themselves.
This is our second time using Purple dumpster. They have fair prices, out the dumpster exactly where we wanted it, delivered and picked up right on schedule. They're system makes it easy to order and set up delivery and pick up. Will definitely use them again.
