Quality Carpentry

Quality Carpentry works out of 62 Hamilton Rd in Clinton, with Rick Garceau listed as the owner and (978) 580-9565 as the published number. Six permitted projects sit under the name on BuildZoom, which gives the business a permit-derived score of 91. Licensing is where a homeowner should slow down here. The Massachusetts registry shows the construction supervisor licence in Rick A Garceau's name, CS-067526, as expired — the registry's own words are "Null and Void". BuildZoom separately lists a Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #207351, issued 08-14-2025, alongside several other registration numbers under the same name; check each of them on the state's own register before you sign anything. One more thing to know about that profile: its team list also names other people and a separately-named carpentry business, so BuildZoom looks to have rolled more than one company of the same name into a single page. Some of the numbers and permits shown there may belong to someone else. For carpentry work around Clinton, the practical first step is to ask Rick Garceau directly for his current construction supervisor licence and home improvement contractor registration numbers, confirm both yourself on the state register, and get a certificate of insurance and a written scope in hand before any money moves.
