In a December 2025 review, the owner of a North End apartment with an unlevel floor explained that levelling from the basement below was not an option, so Flavio designed a floor system that came out level and looked natural. In March 2026 a customer who had used the company years earlier for a half bathroom had a shed demolished. A 2024 reviewer credited the crew with sorting out a problem on a job they had not started themselves. The praise keeps landing on the same practical things. A November 2025 customer said questions were answered promptly and costs were transparent, the crew arrived on time and the site was left clean. An October 2024 customer said the work was finished by the completion date Flavio had promised at the start. Two paperwork details are worth settling before you sign. BBB has the business starting in October 2019, six years ago, while the company's own About page claims over nine years. And both the registration and the BBB file sit under FSA Construction & Home Services Inc rather than the FSA Construction & Electrical name, so check the contract names match. For a bathroom gut, a deck, or a remodel where someone has to solve a structural puzzle rather than follow a plan, this is a straightforward call in central Massachusetts; ask who handles the electrical portion and under whose licence.
