Ken at Quality Plumbing was professional from start to end. He assessed our plumbing issue, described the concern so we could understand, and presented several options. He then completed the work we needed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.
Ken was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He suggested a solution to my problem and gave me a reasonable solution at a fair price. The condensation drain line from our forced Hot air heater and AC had originally been installed in a very flimsy manner, by hanging the end of the drain hose from the condensation unit in an open PVC pipe under the kitchen sink. It occasionally popped out and soaked the inside of the cabinet and floor. He placed shoe protectors on when entering the house, and brought drop cloths to prevent making a mess. He had the necessary parts with him, and performed the work. When he was finished he tested the system, and gave a detailed explanation of the solution, as well as telling me to feel free to contact him with any questions or issues. Finally, he cleaned up thoroughly before leaving, including taking all the old PVC he had removed. I would highly recommend him based upon him responding to my request the same, and addressing the issue the next day, in addition to his outstanding work.
