Quality Stairs Inc

Quality Stairs Inc builds wooden staircases and railing systems out of Bridgeport. A BuildZoom profile says Lee Pereira founded the company in 1985 and that it focuses on custom wooden staircases and railings, and the company's own site describes designs from circular stairs to traditional colonial and box stairs. A 2025 customer said the estimator, Ben Dituri, saw two stair sets through for a renovation, delivered on time, and was very pleased with how they came out. In 2023, a customer wrote that their stairs took a little extra time because of special requests and that the wait was worth it. A 2022 customer said the company met every promised date on two staircases and two railing systems, and called the crew neat and professional. A 2022 builder-side customer wrote of working with Lee, Jason and David for over 30 years on every house they build. In 2018, a BuildZoom customer said the installers explained their options, changed some things on the spot, and the company delivered needed pieces to the job site right away. A complaint on its BBB page calls the company non communicative about scheduled appointments. Its BBB grade is A+, and Google shows 4.1 stars from 21 ratings. Connecticut lists the company's home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0576990, as active.
