Quindes General Contractor

Quinde's General Contractor is a Brockton outfit that Thumbtack lists as 16 years in business, run under the name of Manuel Quinde — the same name that appears on its Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license. The reviews on file are short but consistent, and Manuel is named directly in most of them. One homeowner had a new porch built and its fascia repaired, calling him reliable and attentive to detail and noting the job finished on time. Another said Manuel handled a roof repair and would call him again. The rest are brief, pointed recommendations. Thumbtack's own service list for the business centers on the same kind of work: repairing wood rot and water damage, patching cracks and gaps, and replacing sections of a deck or porch. Thumbtack shows a 5.0-star average, though that figure is built on 7 ratings while only 4 written reviews are on file, so there isn't much detail behind the number yet. BuildZoom lists a Construction Supervisor license for the company, under Manuel Quinde's name, along with a second license. Its own status field reads active as of the last check. BuildZoom's page also describes the business as family-owned and shows 77 past projects. For a porch, deck, or fascia repair in the Brockton area, the reviews line up: reliable, on time, attentive to detail. There isn't much written history yet, so it's worth asking for a couple of recent references before committing to a larger project.
