Quinn Construction just replaced a water line to my house this week. It was a very positive experience. Chris Quinn came for an estimate a couple days after my call. He also responded to all texts promptly. After I paid the city for their part of the work, Chris scheduled the work for a few days later, much earlier than expected. The crew showed up right on time. Kyle headed the crew and ran the heavy equipment. Initially, the plan was to dig up a 5 foot by 5 foot section of my lawn. Kyle was creative and instead lifted up a concrete slab from the sidewalk. After he dug the hole and pulled the old pipe, the city replaced it with copper. Kyle then refilled the hole and skillfully replaced the slab of concrete. It looks untouched and there was only minor damage to the verge. What a big relief after expecting major damage to the lawn. My water was also only off for about 3 hours.1 Again everyone was a pleasure to work with, but especially Chris and Kyle. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Quinn Construction!! We needed a sewer pipe replaced and Chris was professional, knowledgeable and great to work with from start to finish. He was transparent about the pricing, didn't try to upsell us, and was much more reasonable than another quote we got. Day of the job, Chris and his guys were here for a full day, keeping us apprised of what was going on at each step. They finished the whole job in one day (which was much appreciated considering we were without use of our toilet, laundry, dishwasher, etc!!), including cleanup, and were just generally really pleasant to work with.
