Ryan is always super responsive! He and his team made quick work of the Spring cleanup! Everything looked perfect, ready to head into Summertime!

This spring, either Ryan or one of his workmen snagged and pulled down two thirds of a purple lilac tree that was about twenty feet tall and had been in our yard for twenty-five years. He brought it to our attention and agreed to replace it, but asked if it was okay to wait until fall when it would be cheaper. We agreed and waited the several months for this to happen. During this time, I was in the hospital and it was left to my wife to deal with this. It was getting late in the year and we wondered what was happing with then replacement. While texting about a lawn mowing, Ryan said that he had replaced the tree on September 13th.. When we looked, we saw that it was a small shrub, that in years, may reach four feet tall! We also saw that a plant that was planted in its place was missing. We called Ryan and let him know of our displeasure and he became defensive, asking “what do you want me to do about it”? We told him that all we wanted was what was agreed on, a direct replacement. He said that he would have to order one. That was fine with us. After not hearing from him, we left several messages, both by phone and by messaging, where he was always responsive. To this date, he never responded to any of them. We now have a shrub where a tree used to stand. The issue is one of trust.

Highly recommend. Ryan answered my call promptly and was able to come give me an estimate quickly. He and his crew were able to fit my yard clean up into their schedule, clearing leaves from a steep back hill. Great communication and service and very reasonably priced.

Contacted R& H Dirt Works to provide an estimate on repairs for my French drain. Ryan responded immediately and came out that same day to assess the problem. Provided an estimate that was way below what I was anticipating. He and his crew showed up and completed the job in a matter of hours. Drain is now working the best it has ever worked. Cleaned up the area so nice after that you can barely tell that work was done. I highly recommend this company!
