A+ to R&R Landscape Design ~ Mr. Racine was professional and attentive to my needs in grading and milling my circular driveway, pulling up bamboo roots ~ no easy task ~ and making another driveway area for me. We talked and he visited, and then right before the work began he visited again to clarify what I wanted and explain what he would be doing. Following a heavy rain, he followed up on his own initiative adding milling leaving me with a lovely pressed black driveway both aesthetically pleasing and practical. He guarantees the work for a year and I have no doubt he will return, as promised, after winter to regrade anything needed. He was a pleasure to deal with, made a good bid and stuck with it and was dependable and accountable. What more could you ask for!
I gave Roland $1,500 to do some work. It's two months later and he has done nothing and I can't get my money back. I can't believe it. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I'm a 70 year old Vietnam vet and I don't deserve this kind of treatment.
