The selling agent of a house we were buying waited until the night before the closing to inform us of a plumbing issue that may have impacted the septic. Since we were buying a bank-owned property, it was on us to figure out if anything happened before signing the dotted line. My buyer's agent called the owner of Granby Septic Services, Greg, the morning of the closing and he made himself available to come to the house quickly and inspect the distribution box before we closed. Within 10 minutes of his arrival he had located the box, dug it up, and inspected it. Not only that, he waited an additional 10 minutes for us to arrive (we traveled a distance) so he could personally explain what he found and what to look out for. He was professional, kind and courteous and appreciated how stressed we were dealing with this within hours of closing. We will definitely use this company again in the future and would recommend Greg to anyone.
