R&V Contracting is a small shop with a clear identity. Cheryl Rachupka formed it in 2019 and runs it as president, and the company describes itself as a women-owned contracting company holding an SBA Women Owned Small Business certification. The work is residential and commercial remodeling plus construction management — the coordinating role as much as the trade one, which matters if what your project needs is somebody riding the schedule and the subcontractors rather than swinging the hammer. All of that is the company's own account; its website is the only source on file, and no customer has described a finished job anywhere we can see. The certification is the one claim you can check yourself, through the SBA's certification search. Before you treat this as settled, ask whether they carry the trade work in house or manage it out, who the regular subcontractors are, and for two references on projects the size of yours.
