R.J.'s Integrated Pest Management

A customer talked to Rob at four in the afternoon in June 2025. He was at their house by seven that evening. In September 2024 a couple woke on a Sunday morning to bees getting into their bedroom, rang round the local pest companies and got answering machines or the offer of a visit in a few days; Rob came out. In July 2025 someone called in the morning about a wasp nest they described as gigantic, hanging in a front-yard tree, and it was gone by that evening. Rob is Robert Joseph Sr., who by his own account spent about twenty years doing pest control for other family-run and startup companies before starting this one and naming it after his son, Robert Joseph Jr., known as R.J. He works out of Braintree on ants, bed bugs, rodents, wildlife and the rest of the household and commercial list, on an integrated pest management approach. Speed is only half of it. In April 2026 a homeowner who found mouse droppings in the kitchen that morning had Rob at the house for two hours the same day. In August 2025 another said he spent hours going through the house to be sure nothing else was going on, and booked a follow-up before leaving. A February 2025 customer, one visit in, wrote that he had been clear he was not the sort who stops by once and is never seen again, and had already set a date to come back and check. He explains as he goes. A September 2025 carpenter-bee customer said Rob laid out exactly what he would do, finished it, and told them to give it a few days and call him back if the bees returned. A March 2026 customer lists a wasp nest removed, a bird nesting spot closed up and several other jobs, with quick, clear communication each time. The pricing comments line up too: competitive in one August 2025 review, good value with follow-up built into the quote in another from that July. Commercial work is on the books as well. A July 2026 reviewer said he has serviced their church for over a year and responds when they report rodent sightings, and a business said in October 2025 they would keep using him after a same-day first-time fix. For a wasp nest, carpenter bees or mice you want looked at today rather than next week, this is a one-man operation whose customers describe him answering the phone himself. Ask what the follow-up visit covers and what happens if the problem returns; several customers describe that being part of the arrangement, so get it said out loud.
