Today Dave came to my house to see if I had an issue with some insects and he went right to checking out my issue after he introduced himself and he was very informational on what would of been going on in my house he did tell me that he didn’t find anything and I really appreciate the honesty and he also gave me some good advice I will be calling for service again if I need them in the near future.

A squirrel broke through my kitchen window screen to eat avocados and freshly baked brownies that were on the counter. Kyle came over right away! He assessed the situation, searched for any hiding squirrel, set traps in my kitchen just in case and made suggestions to prevent a reoccurrence.

This team - and especially Hector/Santiago - did a fantastic job. The office staff was incredibly responsive from initial outreach to scheduling (which was fast!) and the technician arrived prompt, explained everything in depth, and really went above and beyond in the work. I had so much peace of mind when he left. Would not hesitate to recommend.
